1. Our Vision
To be East Africa’s most trusted construction partner, combining technical excellence with a collaborative and human approach to delivering lasting value.
Pala Engineering Limited
Pala Engineering Limited is a wholly Kenyan-owned engineering, energy and construction firm, founded in 2011 and incorporated as a private limited company in March 2019.

01Hello & Welcome
When Eng. P.K. Ngunjiri and I started Pala Engineering, we had a simple idea: clients shouldn't have to choose between good engineering and a good experience. Too often in this industry, one comes at the cost of the other, either the technical rigor is missing, or it's there, but wrapped in so much red tape and cold correspondence that the relationship suffers. We built Pala to hold both, without compromise. Every report we write and every budget we manage is done with the discipline serious engineering demands. But we also answer the phone, respond to emails and ensure the client has a pleasant development journey.
We manage your project like it's ours too.
02About Pala
Pala Engineering Limited is a wholly Kenyan-owned engineering, energy and construction firm, founded in 2011 and incorporated as a private limited company in March 2019. It was built by two civil and structural engineers, Eng. Lawrence M. Njue and Eng. P.K. Ngunjiri, who paired rigorous technical expertise with a genuine commitment to how clients experience the build.
We operate as strategic partners, not template contractors. From feasibility and planning through delivery and closeout, we hold to strict timelines and budgetary discipline, and we work to earn real trust with owners and consultants at every stage.
That combination, technically rigorous engineering delivered through an approachable, collaborative culture, is what sets Pala apart in a market long split between under-qualified operators and cold, adversarial legacy firms.
We are collaborative in engagement, professional in execution, and uncompromising in excellence.
